The Servicegesellschaft Nickl was able to gain comprehensive experience with machinery and plant engineering in many fields of industry.

The company stands for certified, german engineering with international project experience. In collaboration with our longtime partners we offer you design engineering, electrical planning, safety technology, control and robot programming as well as service and maintenance solutions. Whether you need a design concept, smaller assemblies or fully automated industrial machinery, we will support you in planning and executing your project.

Safety

Your safety is our job! Due to our many years of experience as plant manufacturer we can provide you the following services:

• Modernizing and retrofits of older machinery incl. documentation and EC declaration of conformity
• Risk assessment with Sistema as per EC Machines Directive 98/37/EC and DIN EN ISO 12100:2011-03
• Planning and consultancy services during implementation of protection systems

Engineering

The Servicegesellschaft Nickl has its own construction department. For our projects Autodesk Product Design Suite Ultimate 2016 is used as our engineering environment. We offer you the following services:

• (Detailed) construction of parts and assemblies incl. drafting
• Analysis of component strength through the use of FEM
• Planning, engineering, construction, documentation and initial operation of complete systems and special machines.
• Conducting design studies and concept proposals
• Installations space and reach analysis.
• Dimensioning and engineering of linear guides, drives, bearings, slip ring assembly etc.
• Planning and layout of pneumatics.
• Conducting of cycle time studies.

Maintenance

Service is part of our tradition! We offer service and maintenance contracts for our machines and retrofits:

• Service contracts provide on-call service and 24h availability. Thanks to short reaction time breakdown duration in the event of a system failure is reduced.
• Maintenance contracts provide an all-around service for the machines. Holistic maintence concepts in terms of total productive maintenance avoid machine breakdowns and ensure high system availability.

Electrical project planning & robot programming

The Servicegesellschaft Nickl expanded its robot competence in the recent years. Currently there are three trained robot programmers employed at our company, who are certified by Kuka. In collaboration with our long-term partners, we offer you:

• Path planning and robot programming of Kuka/UR-robots
• Optimization of robot programs
• Electrical project planning in E-Plan and WS CAD
• Switch cabinet construction and electrical installation

Innovation

The Servicegesellschaft Nickl continuously refines its technical expertise. For instance, the handling system of our slush machine concept was improved in the scope of a research project, supported by the Land of Lower Saxony. The system could be considerably optimized with regard to the cycle times and the machine reliability.

Furthermore, we are always interested in a productive collaboration with cooperation partners. We offer you the mechanical engineering support for your research project.
